Many times in our life such events happen which force us to go into very severe kinds of mood swings or at times they can also be personality swings. There are many times in life such events happening around us which changes the direction of our life altogether. They change the pattern of our life so quickly and so fastly that we never understand about what actually happened to us. This is more like an ant carrying a grain of sugar for their queen when suddenly you put you finger and the ant has to move or turn around. Or have you ever judged an ant's behavior? Have you ever seen a group of ants carrying food and if you step you foot in two of them the rest will drop their food right there and cause a stampede. They will look for places to run in utter confusion. That is regarding the ants only but we human are no wiser then the ants in regards to life. We know that its god who created us and that it is in his hands that he can do whatever he wants to do with us. Therefore some times such events cause us to give up all hopes from life.
The very popular case of giving up hope is when you loose your loved ones. Imagine that you just married the person of your dreams and just as you started enjoying your life, you partner got in a car accident and he is no more here. That must be something more then shocking. You might go into depression and anxiety. Anxiety and depression are two states where people do not take keen interest in their life and loose every hope abut their lives. To them nothing looks good and they do not seem to have any point of living this life. All they think about is nothing! They are too pre-occupied with the thoughts of their loved ones and other stuff that they can not think about any other thing. If you are a person who is a severely effected from anxiety and depression then do not give up. This life won't stop and it would not wait for you. All that you should do is that you should try to keep yourself busy in things like job and you should spend maximum time with friends and never stay alone. Help yourself to overcome this anxiety and depression.
